Do you want to work strategically and operationally with recruitment in a socially important business? We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a consultancy assignment with a client in the defense industry, located in Arboga. The assignment covers a period of 12 months.

About the role

In this role, you combine the strategic perspective of Talent Acquisition with the operational craft of recruitment. You will not only work reactively; here you are expected to drive the recruitment process proactively, data-driven, and with a focus on quality at every step.

You will have overall responsibility for the recruitment process and act as a close, consultative partner to hiring managers and HR. The role also involves a clear focus on development, where you contribute to improving processes, working methods, and candidate experience through data and insights.

You will become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team working across the entire talent supply chain, from employer branding to the hired candidate.

Main responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from needs analysis to employment.
• Work proactively with search and relationship building within relevant target groups.
• Create and publish targeted advertisements.
• Conduct competency-based interviews, tests, reference checks, and security clearance checks if necessary.
• Provide strategic and coaching support to managers and HR.
• Work in a data-driven manner to monitor, analyze, and develop recruitment efforts.
• Contribute to improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
• Build networks and work long-term with talent supply.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in driving recruitment processes independently and who thrives in a role that combines analysis, business understanding, and relationship building.

We would like you to have:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with proactive search and hard-to-fill profiles.
• A data-driven working style and strong analytical skills.
• The ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• A consultative and coaching approach.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.

Experience with psychometric tests or certification in assessment is considered an advantage.
