The Assistance Company is the market leader in roadside assistance insurance with over 300,000 customers in Sweden and its own nationwide towing organization. As we grow, we are now looking for inside sales representatives to join our customer service team. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As an inside sales representative, you will sell insurance policies and services to our existing customers and assist with invoice inquiries, insurance questions, and similar matters. All sales are conducted via telephone, focusing on incoming calls. Your task is to deliver the best possible customer experience to every customer, in every call.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone with high social competence, who finds it easy to build trusting relationships, enjoys working independently, and is result-oriented, goal-driven, and competitive. Previous experience in service and sales is a plus for this position.

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have a genuine interest and experience in sales, advisory services, and customer satisfaction via telephone
• Be a flexible team player and an ambitious problem solver
• Have good computer skills and enjoy working with the telephone as your primary tool
• Enjoy customer contact and be able to easily adapt your approach to different customers' needs, lead conversations with a clear goal, and maintain a high customer focus
• Enjoy working at a fast pace.

To be eligible for this position, you must:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• As a person, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have ambitions and goals for yourself and work hard to achieve them
• You must be a team player who enjoys being part of a positive team
• You communicate clearly, enthusiastically, and in a trustworthy manner, and have the interest, willingness, and ability to help our customers to ensure the best customer experience.
