As a CNC Operator at Tidamek, you will become an integral part of our production team, contributing technical accuracy and team spirit. You will work in an environment where quality and collaboration are at the forefront. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining your CNC machine, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Reading drawings, performing measurements, and ensuring that results meet quality requirements.
• Performing tool changes and following given instructions with precision.
• Identifying and acting on deviations, both material and behavioral, to ensure high quality.
• Providing improvement suggestions and contributing to their implementation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common production goals – the team comes before the individual!
