Do you want to work in customer service in a varied role where you help customers, solve problems, and provide support via phone and chat?

At Consort, we work with well-known companies within banking, insurance, and energy. We are now looking for more customer consultants to join our team in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and support via phone and chat
• Help customers with questions, troubleshooting, and basic technical support
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer contact
• Work with advisory services and customer interaction
• Engage in upselling and sales as a natural part of the customer dialogue

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and solution-focused
• Is confident in speaking with customers and handling various types of cases
• Has good computer skills and easily adapts to new systems
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works in a structured manner
• Is open to working with sales as part of the role

Previous experience from customer service, support, technical support, or sales is an advantage.

Practical Information

Location: Fabriksgatan 11, Gothenburg

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Employment: 6-month probationary period

Working hours: Monday–Friday between 08:00–21:00, depending on the project
