As the Electrical Installation Manager, you play a central and crucial role in the company's installation workflow. You work primarily administratively from the office and are responsible for ensuring that all pre-notifications and completion notifications to the electricity grid owners are handled correctly, efficiently, and without delay. The role requires an electrical technical background to independently assess technical documentation and communicate with grid companies.

You are a key link between technology, delivery, and external parties, ensuring that no installations begin without approval.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send pre-notifications to electricity grid owners (Ellevio, Vattenfall Eldistribution, E.ON, and local grid companies) within 2 working days of receiving an order.
• Follow up on all open cases until written approval is received.
• Handle requests for additional information and technical questions from grid companies promptly.
• Ensure that no cases are left pending or unanswered.

Completion Notifications

• Prepare and send completion notifications after installation.
• Ensure that the execution matches the approved pre-notification.
• Monitor that cases are registered and confirmed by the grid company.
• Handle any deviations and additional requirements.

Ongoing Follow-up and Structure

• Maintain an updated case register with clear status per order.
• Follow up on open cases daily and act proactively if there is a risk of delay.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the Installation Manager regarding critical cases.
• Flag immediately if a grid investigation or reinforcement is required.

Technical Preparation

• Review technical documentation (power, main fuse, connection point, battery specifications).
• Assess whether the installation fits within existing capacity.
• Identify complex cases at an early stage.

Internal Coordination

• Ensure installations are not booked before an approved pre-notification.
• Communicate processing times to internal teams.
• Build and maintain contact channels with grid companies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Completed upper secondary education in electricity (Electrician program) or equivalent.
• Good understanding of low-voltage networks, main fuses, and connection power.
• Experience with pre-notifications and completion notifications to grid companies.
• Very good structure and experience handling multiple parallel cases.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.
• General electrical license (Electrical license A or AL).

Merits

• Experience with solar cells, battery storage, or charging stations.
• Knowledge of energy storage (AC/DC, protection, relays).
• Experience with grid companies' portals.
• Familiarity with ELSÄK-FS and the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority's regulations.
