Do you want to work at a specialist clinic where you follow up on and support individuals undergoing treatment with central nervous system stimulants? Here, you will have a varied and independent role involving direct patient contact and the opportunity to contribute to the development of care practices.
We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a registered nurse with work experience in psychiatry. It is an advantage if you are a specialist nurse in psychiatry and/or have experience in psychiatric care and treatment.
It is an advantage if you have knowledge of medical record keeping and are accustomed to working with the most common Office programs, as well as having very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are seen as an advantage. A category B driver's license is required.

What you will work with
As a nurse at our clinic for central nervous system stimulants (CNS clinic), you will have an independent, varied, and developmental role where you follow up on treatment with central nervous system stimulants and provide support to individuals in their daily lives. You are a key person in the team, where your competence and commitment make a difference every day – both for the patients and for your colleagues.
In your work, you perform clinical assessments and follow-ups of patients being treated with central nervous system stimulants. You monitor effectiveness, side effects, and medication usage, and work towards safe and quality-assured treatment. The role also involves providing support, information, and guidance to patients and their relatives, as well as documenting, planning, and evaluating treatment plans.
You collaborate closely with doctors, psychologists, and other professions to ensure a holistic perspective in care. The assignment also includes supervising and supporting colleagues in matters concerning CNS treatment and follow-up, as well as actively participating in improvement and development work at the clinic.
In this role, you will combine direct patient contact with development work and become an important part of an engaged team that wants to make a difference together.

Information about the position
We offer a permanent position or a fixed-term full-time position with start date as agreed. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00-17:00. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
The position is within psychiatry: Based on the nature of the operations and safety requirements, applicants to our operations must be prepared to provide extracts from the criminal record register.
