We are looking for a structured supervisor/administrator

We are now looking for a supervisor/administrator for our operations. The role involves varied administrative work where you will become an important part of coordinating contacts, booking meetings, and ensuring that the daily administrative flow runs smoothly.

You will work closely with job seekers, external partners, and internal operations. This position suits you if you are service-oriented, communicative, and good at creating order even when the pace is high.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys administrative tasks
• Can handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Is solution-oriented and flexible
• Is proficient with computers

Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer contact is an advantage, but personal suitability is highly valued.

Competency Requirements (Option 1) A total equivalent to two years of full-time work during the last five years, applies to all professions. At least 120 credits from a university or university college within one of the following areas: Working Life, Occupational Therapy, Work Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Organization and Personnel Work, Social Work Education, Study and Career Guidance.

Competency Requirements (Option 2) A passing result from one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level, or 60 credits from a university. Plus three years of full-time work during the last five years.
