As a Growth Manager, you have a clear mandate: to develop our most important customer relationships while simultaneously creating new business through regional collaboration and partnerships. You actively work on identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs at an early stage, and transforming these into businesses that create long-term value for both the customer and us. Nordion Energi comprises the companies Dala Energi, Falbygdens Energi, Swedegas, and Weum. Swedegas and Weum are responsible for the ownership and operation of the gas networks in western and southern Sweden, while Falbygdens Energi and Dala Energi deliver electricity to customers in and around Falköping and in Dalarna. Together, we serve nearly 80,000 customers, ranging from industrial and corporate clients to energy companies, property owners, and private individuals.

Worth Knowing

The role is part of Customer & Market and reports to the Head of Customer & Market, with the main location in Leksand. We see that you have the opportunity to travel for work approximately one week per month, with Falköping being the longest stretch. Success in the role is measured among other things by pipeline, won deals, development in strategic customers, and quality in customer/growth plans.

Your Responsibilities

You naturally navigate the entire business process, from early needs identification to contracts and follow-up. Along the way, you create business proposals, calculations, and offers, and ensure that customer needs are translated into solutions that work in practice.

You develop our strategic customer relationships while building new collaborations with actors in the region. You have overall responsibility for your business and drive it forward with structure, pace, and a clear focus on results.

You will:

  • drive growth in strategic customers through customer plans, active sales, and business development
  • create new revenue by building and developing regional collaborations with municipalities, business life, property owners, developers, and other partners
  • identify early needs in establishment and development projects and translate these into concrete businesses
  • be responsible for the entire business process – from need to offer, calculation, quote, contract, and follow-up
  • ensure that customer requirements and agreements are anchored internally and delivered with high quality
  • build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • collaborate with internal functions to develop offers and deliveries
  • contribute to strengthening our approach to proactive customer and market work

Our Expectations

  • Strong business understanding and habit of working structured with pipeline and customer development
  • Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with B2B sales, customer responsibility, and driving business from need to contract
  • Good ability to build relationships and create trust over time
  • Very good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

It is meritorious if you have experience from the energy, electricity grid, fiber, telecom, infrastructure, or urban planning sectors.
