We are looking for a senior engineer who loves building real things. Someone who can take technical ownership, drive decisions, and deliver complex systems.

This role is for you if you thrive close to the product, close to the users, and close to the problems that actually need solving.

The Role

You will work in two parallel tracks focusing on advanced systems and internal developer tools.

The first track involves building a new simulation and demo tool where complex functionality can be executed and demonstrated locally across various scenarios. You will be involved early in the process, influencing both architecture and implementation alongside a small, fast-paced team.

The second track focuses on further developing the internal platform around Flyte and Kubernetes, including orchestration, deployment, stability, debugging, and support for the development team.

We believe you have

• Strong experience with C++
• Very strong Python skills
• Deep understanding of Linux and distributed systems
• Experience in system design and technical decision-making
• Proven ability to take projects from idea to production
• Ability to work independently and drive progress

Extra plus

• Flyte
• Advanced Kubernetes experience
• TypeScript / React
• Experience with simulation environments or analytics platforms
