About the position

Working at Arlanda is varied and full of fun challenges at a fast pace. You will work on preparing the food, delivering the best product on the plate, and collaborating with the entire team to reach our goal – World Class! Together with your colleagues, your main task is to create an unforgettable experience for our guests. You work closely with your colleagues, making you a team player, and the keyword is quality in everything you do.

In our lounges, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to travelers from all over the world.

The working hours are varied, with evening and weekend shifts being most common.

To work at Arlanda Airport, you must undergo a security check before employment, which means you must not have a criminal record.

We also offer a wellness allowance and, of course, follow collective agreements.

Who are we looking for?

This job suits you if you appreciate details in your cooking and are willing to develop and learn more.

You adapt easily to new work environments, have social competence, and always want to create that little extra for our guests.

You are accustomed to leading and distributing work in the kitchen.

We see that you have 8 years of professional experience as a chef and are ready to take a step up to Sous Chef, or you are already working as a Sous Chef.

You are discerning in taste, creative, and innovative.

You have documented professional and work experience and are trained in the restaurant industry.

To succeed in your role, you are:

Structured, meaning you are good at organizing and planning your work, finishing what you start, and being clear in your communication. Discerning in taste, consistent, quality-conscious, and meticulous. You can juggle many balls, are constructive, and always maintain a good mood when things are busiest. You are confident in yourself and have the courage to speak up, with the ability to separate facts from personal matters. You find it easy to lead yourself and others.
