About the position

We are currently looking for personal assistants for a woman with cerebral palsy living in Mörarp. One position is a part-time role of approximately 30%, and the other is an hourly position on an as-needed basis and during regular staff absences. Your duties will include, among other things, supporting with daily routines, transfers, personal hygiene, tube feeding, and dressing/undressing. Our customer communicates using Bliss computers and a manual Bliss chart.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

  • 09:00–09:00 (the following day), with approx. 6 hours of waiting time/night.

About the customer

Our customer is a 27-year-old woman who enjoys having fun and appreciates a mix of excitement and relaxation. Her interests include traveling, listening to music, bowling, swimming, meeting friends, and taking trains to new exciting places. About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a secure and meaningful everyday life for our customer. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who is social, playful, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. The most important factor is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the customer. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements:

  • You can swim, tolerate chlorine, and can participate in activities involving swimming.
  • You do not wear strong scents during working hours.
  • You have fluent skills in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Merits:

  • You hold a Category B driver's license for a manual gearbox.
  • You have access to your own car.

Scope: 1 part-time position of approx. 30%, 1 extra/on-call position. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.

If you are to work with this customer, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be made well in advance.
