Description

We are currently looking for a night receptionist with hotel experience who is available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

As a night receptionist, you will perform traditional reception duties such as check-in and check-out, booking, night audit, reporting, cleaning tasks, and setting up breakfast for our guests. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests are treated personally and receive the best possible service during the night shift. Evening and day shifts may also occur.

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Documented experience in the profession, preferably with relevant training.
• You are self-motivated and creative.
• You can work independently as well as in a team.
• You have a good mood, even in stressful situations.
• Night owl.
• Service-oriented and flexible.
• You must be at least 20 years old to act as the responsible person for food and beverage service.

Conditions

Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

Experience in similar roles, preferably in night reception, is preferred.
