Your role and responsibilities

As a Head Waiter at Bryggeriet, you have overall responsibility for guest flow and service levels. You lead the team with a steady hand and ensure our high standards are maintained around the clock.

• World-class hospitality: You welcome guests, seat them, and set the tone for the entire visit.
• Leadership on the floor: You coach the waiters, distribute stations, and ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and the service team.
• Quality assurance: You keep a watchful eye on the details – from table settings to drink presentation.
• Upselling & Follow-up: You inspire the team to sell and ensure every table is maximized in a professional manner.

Who are you?

We are looking for a confident and charismatic person who loves the restaurant industry deeply. To succeed in this role, you must be stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and have a natural authority that commands respect from both staff and guests.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in the dining room of reputable restaurants. (Experience solely in cafes or fast food does not qualify for this role).
• Knowledge: You have good knowledge of food and wine pairing, and speak fluent Swedish and English.
• Personality: You are social, presentable, and professional down to the fingertips.
