Interim Operational Buyer – Immediate Start – With a Successful Company in the Helsingborg Area

Do you want to take on an important purchasing role at a well-known company just outside Helsingborg? Do you have a knack for numbers and enjoy structure, order, and clarity? Do you also want to join a nice team at a successful company? Then this is your next challenge! We are now looking for an Operational Buyer for immediate start for our client, a well-known Scania-based company that is currently strengthening its purchasing department.

You will become a key cog in the daily work of the purchasing department. You are responsible for planning and executing purchases, placing orders, communicating with suppliers, and contributing to efficient goods flows. You also contribute to developing, improving, and streamlining processes and routines.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan and execute project purchases
  • Communicate with suppliers
  • Place orders
  • Monitor deliveries and follow up on discrepancies
  • Improve processes and routines

Your profile:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in operational purchasing, preferably from technology or manufacturing companies. You have a good understanding of the entire goods flow from purchasing to logistics/warehouse. You have an eye for detail, good numerical skills, and are skilled at communicating. Experience with Monitor is highly meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is required.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous. To thrive in the company, you must be self-assured and comfortable in a high-paced work environment. Collaborating and achieving good results together with others is one of your key drivers.

About the position:

The position is an interim role of approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension. Location is at the head office just outside Helsingborg. Immediate start.
