We are currently looking for personal assistants for a man in his 70s who lives with his wife in the countryside outside Nässjö. The client uses a wheelchair and needs support in daily life, such as with transfers, personal hygiene, help with household chores, and accompanying him to activities.

The positions include fixed-term employment on a roster and hourly employment as needed. You should be engaged, respectful, and perceptive as a person. We appreciate that you have the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

Working hours are from 12:15 to 09:20 the following day, which includes on-call time of 9.5 hours per night.

We would like you to:

• Have a genuine interest in helping others
• Enjoy working closely with people and contributing to a secure daily life
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish
• Be able to work flexible hours – days, evenings, and weekends
• Have experience in care and support (an asset, but not a requirement)
• Have a driver's license (automatic transmission) and access to a car (a requirement)
