Molkom Primary Care Centre is a small rural health centre with 4,000 registered patients. Here, district doctors, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, healthcare administrators, physiotherapists, and podiatrists work together. The health centre is located 30 km outside Karlstad, and there are good conditions for commuting by public transport. At the health centre, our patients receive assessment, investigation, treatment, follow-up, and rehabilitation depending on their illness and symptoms. We are a friendly team that enjoys working together and wants to develop our work with and for our patients. Your Responsibilities

We are looking for you who are interested in or have already started your Specialist Training (ST) in General Practice. The responsibilities include both emergency and planned outpatient activities.

We also staff Säbo (coordinated housing for people with disabilities) and home care, so these are areas you will gain experience in. The work is varied and stimulating, as we have patients of all ages with varying medical backgrounds. You will receive supervision and support from experienced colleagues specializing in general practice to help you develop and gain experience for your future work as a specialist.

We follow the ST program established in Värmland to ensure quality and sustainability in the specialist training. We believe a sustainable working life is important, so we ensure that the ST training with us becomes a training that generates security and competence for the future profession as a specialist in general practice.

As a Specialist Trainee (ST-läkare), you will have a defined role and be part of a team together with your supervisor and other professional categories. You have allocated time for studies and supervision according to a joint plan.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with an interest in the breadth and variety of general practice.

We place great importance on you having good cooperation skills, a structured way of working, and taking responsibility for your tasks and assignments. We value your personal qualities and would like to see that you have good empathy, stability, and a desire to work together with all professional categories.

Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the recruitment process.
