About the Role
Perido is currently seeking a Receptionist/Operator for our client, Kammarkollegiet. They are a government agency tasked with providing services within the state sector, primarily concerning finance, law, capital management, risk management, and administration. The work will be carried out at Kammarkollegiet's office in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, where on-site presence is required during regular working hours, Monday–Friday, 07:50–16:30.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide information services to customers and employees.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Receive couriers and deliveries.
- Assist with the agency's service needs (e.g., booking, catering, copying, purchasing, access card production, or registration).
- Administrative support to the unit (reporting faults to the landlord, contacting suppliers).
- Answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintenance work on the agency's switchboard (e.g., creating voicemails & routing instructions, adding/removing keywords, handling group numbers).
Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a service-oriented role with many contact points. You have an understanding of routines and workflows and work in a structured and meticulous manner to ensure efficient operations. The role requires you to be self-reliant, proactive, and solution-focused, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and ways of working. You also possess analytical skills and can make independent decisions when the situation demands it. Furthermore, you are flexible and good at prioritizing based on the business's and the day's needs.

Qualifications:
- Upper secondary education or equivalent.
- At least six (6) months of work experience as a receptionist and/or operator.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent.
- Experience using telephone switchboards and routing systems.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
Merits:
- At least twelve months of experience working as a receptionist in the Swedish public sector.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consultancy assignment for 12 months, with a high chance of extension for an additional 12 months. Start date: 2026-06-08.
