We are looking for a driven and engaged Learning Specialist for an exciting consulting assignment!
The role involves driving and developing learning and competence development initiatives that strengthen both individual and organizational growth. The position offers a dynamic and international work environment where you will work closely with both HR and the business units.
About the role
As a Learning Specialist, you are responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing various learning initiatives and development programs. You work both strategically and operationally to ensure that employees and leaders have access to relevant and effective development opportunities.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders within HR and the business, contributing to the development and improvement of the company's learning offerings, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and evaluate learning initiatives such as onboarding, mandatory training, and talent programs.
- Drive and contribute to projects within learning, competence development, and people development.
- Develop and improve learning offerings based on feedback, business needs, and external best practices.
- Create structured and accessible educational materials, tools, and support for learning in daily work.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure relevant and engaging educational content.
- Facilitate HR-related training, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Administer and coordinate training activities, programs, and mandatory courses.
- Be responsible for the learning platform, including handling follow-up, reporting, and audits.
- Analyze training data, participation, and program results, and identify areas for improvement.
About you
We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and accustomed to working in an international environment. You have strong drive and thrive working both operationally and strategically within Learning & Development. You are confident in dialogues with senior stakeholders and have the ability to translate business needs into concrete and effective development initiatives.
You are a person who enjoys collaborating, taking initiative, and driving multiple activities in parallel with high quality.
Experience and Competencies
- At least 5 years of experience within Learning & Development or a similar role in competence development.
- Experience in creating, designing, coordinating, and facilitating training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Experience in developing educational materials, tools, and support for employee development.
- Experience with administration in LMS systems, preferably Workday Learning.
- Good experience with reporting, follow-up, and analysis of training initiatives and learning data.
- Ability to translate learning needs into practical solutions and activities.
- Very good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link learning initiatives to business goals.
- Experience from a global or multicultural environment is an advantage.
- Very good communication and social skills.
The Assignment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant at Digitalenta. We offer all our consultants a comprehensive wellness allowance, insurance, favorable pension savings, consultant meetings, and of course, an engaged consultant manager who is available to you throughout the employment period.
The assignment is full-time, starting around 2026-06-01 until 2027-02-28.
