Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced IoT Platform Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead cross-functional software development teams within IoT platform development
• Drive delivery planning, operational management, and continuous platform improvement
• Oversee development of backend services, connectivity solutions, integration layers, and data pipelines
• Ensure platform scalability, security, availability, and performance
• Support and coach engineering teams within Agile development environments
• Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and modern deployment processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business and product goals
• Improve platform reliability, operational efficiency, and developer experience
• Define and follow up on platform KPIs and operational metrics
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical strategy
• Support establishment of efficient delivery processes and engineering standards

What You Bring

• Strong experience managing software development teams working with IoT platforms, cloud-native applications, or real-time systems
• Proven experience delivering scalable, production-grade platforms
• Strong understanding of platform performance, security, scalability, and availability requirements
• Experience with delivery planning and operational follow-up
• Solid knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and business teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives within engineering organizations
