The Swedish Armed Forces Intelligence and Security Centre (FMUndSäkC) is looking for a Coordinator for International Education, located at the Development Unit (UtvE).
Take advantage of a unique opportunity to shape the future intelligence and security function at FMUndSäkC. As a key player within the function, you will not only influence development within the Swedish Armed Forces but also contribute to implementing methods that follow NATO standards.
Applying Unit
The Development Unit develops and coordinates the intelligence and security service within the Swedish Armed Forces. We support C Must by improving training, monitoring the intelligence and security service, and handling publications. We also develop NATO doctrines within the function and plan joint exercises.

Main Responsibilities
As the Coordinator for International Education, you coordinate the needs of Swedish personnel for international courses in intelligence and security services, as well as qualified military language proficiency. You identify and prepare access for Swedish students to participate in international education within NATO or bilaterally abroad, supporting the function's training officer. Furthermore, you support the coordination regarding, among other things, the reception of international students at FMUndSäkC's training in Sweden, as well as other international activities at FMUndSäkC.
As the Coordinator for International Education, you will also:
- Support internal planning, follow-up, and evaluation of operations
- Support the preparation of various decision-making and briefing materials
- Participate in working groups and development projects within the operational area
- Carry out coordination and cooperation tasks with other parts within the function
- Conduct analysis and investigation tasks within the operational area
- Prepare admission commissions for national and international courses for foreign and international participants respectively
Qualifications
- Experience in structuring and planning education and visits
- Experience in collaboration in both national and international work
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Good knowledge of the Office package
Merits
- Academic education at the bachelor's level, in international relations or similar
- Experience in staff work at unit/department level
- Experience working within the intelligence and security function of the Swedish Armed Forces
- Good understanding and knowledge of the Swedish Armed Forces' regulations regarding international cooperation
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who has good teamwork skills but can also work independently. Personal flexibility, sensitivity, and stress tolerance are other qualities that are highly valued.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
