As a Logistics Specialist within import and export, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring transport both nationally and internationally. You work with transport bookings, customs and export documentation, and ensure that deliveries take place within set timeframes and in accordance with current regulations. The role also includes handling deviations, delivery monitoring, and continuous contact with suppliers and transport partners to quickly resolve any challenges in the flow. You work proactively to identify improvement opportunities within logistics processes and contribute to the development of efficient working methods.

- Flexible, goal-oriented team player with attention to detail.
- Motivation and willingness to learn.
- Fact-oriented and analytical ability.
- Experience in logistics work is an advantage.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and maintain personal integrity.
- SAP knowledge is valuable.
The position requires a person with social competence, who is a team player, service-minded, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexible. We prefer that you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented with the ability to handle several parallel tasks at a high pace.
Application Process
In this recruitment, GKN Aerospace collaborates with Skill. The position is a consulting assignment where you will initially be employed by Skill, with opportunities to transition to GKN. For questions about the position, please contact the responsible recruiter Jennifer Hult at [email protected].
