About the Job

In this role, you work as an employed recruitment consultant and HR partner with us, which means you drive the entire business from the initial dialogue to the completed delivery and follow-up. You are responsible for recruitment processes where quality, speed, and accuracy are crucial, while also stepping into a broader HR role with our clients when needed.

This can involve recruitment assignments, employment law, personnel matters, organizational development, change management, leadership support, and strategic issues related to talent acquisition and culture. You move seamlessly between operational work and advisory roles at the management level. The role requires you to be confident in dialogues involving strong wills and high expectations, and to drive your own processes and business forward with clarity, speed, and responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone who has already built confidence in both recruitment and HR. You likely have experience from similar assignments, a leading role, or have otherwise developed a strong business understanding and the ability to see the big picture.

You are accustomed to meeting decision-makers and do not shy away from challenging conversations. You have the integrity to stand firm in your expertise even in rooms filled with experienced individuals and clear authority. You drive your own work forward, take responsibility for your business, and are comfortable creating new relationships. Building networks and being where candidates and clients are is a natural part of how you work.

Above all, you are a person who wants to work closely with both people and results and is motivated by making a real difference in the assignments you take on.
