Property Manager for Södra Vedbo Parish

Do you want to work in a meaningful organization where you can combine technical expertise with practical work? Södra Vedbo Parish is now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented property manager with a technical focus.

As a technical property manager, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the parish's properties and facilities. You work both strategically and operationally, with a focus on long-term sustainability and functionality. As part of routine maintenance, you may also handle simpler practical tasks within the property management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor the operation and maintenance of properties.
• Be responsible for technical installations such as heating, ventilation, control systems, SBA, and electricity.
• Project management and participation in renovation and development projects.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in property management, operations, technology, or equivalent experience.
• Good technical understanding.
• Practical experience in construction, operations, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
