Manpower is now looking for careful and engaged CNC operators for an exciting consulting assignment in Mölnlycke. As a CNC operator at Tenneco, you will become an important part of the production where CNC machines, measurements, and quality assurance are in focus. This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's premises in Mölnlycke.

Location: Mölnlycke
Working hours: 2-shift system
Assignment start: According to agreement
Assignment length: 6 months, with possibility of extension

About the job
As a CNC operator, you are part of a process team of approximately 10 people and play a central role in production. You work with CNC-controlled machines, ensure quality through measurements and adjustments, and contribute to maintaining high standards for working environment and safety.

Examples of tasks:

• Operate and set up CNC-controlled machines
• Perform measurements and adjustments
• Work according to safety, working environment, and environmental requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and thrive in a production environment. You are careful, efficient, and responsible with the ability to plan and structure your work. You have a positive attitude, are a team player but can also work independently.

Requirements for the position:

• High school education
• CNC training or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of workshop experience
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Measurement skills for products
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience with Lean, continuous improvements, and 5S
• Forklift or crane license
• Good knowledge of English
