As a customer service representative with us, you will work together with your colleagues and assist our customers. You are motivated by ensuring the customer has a positive experience when communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling cases via email and chat, as well as incoming and outgoing calls. As a customer service representative with us, you are offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations.

• Speak fluent Estonian, Swedish, and English in both speech and writing (mandatory requirement).
• Can greet different people in a calm and professional manner.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating clearly via email and chat.

• Want to develop and learn new things.
