About the Role

Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry, manufacturing modern and sustainable precast concrete elements. Thanks to strong order intake, they are now growing and seeking more dedicated employees for their team.

As a concrete worker, you will become an important part of the production process – where, together with your colleagues, you create products used in construction projects across the country.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will primarily work with:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and pouring according to drawings
• Rigorous quality control to ensure the highest standards
• Collaboration within the production team to maintain schedules and solve challenges along the way

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a craftsman or in other practical work
• Is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys taking initiative
• Has good physical fitness and appreciates practical, physical work
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience from concrete work
• Ability to read drawings
• Counterbalance forklift or overhead crane license

The position starts with TopWork with the goal of the candidate eventually transitioning to employment with the client. As a consultant at TopWork, you will have a consultant manager who supports you in your assignment with the client. We provide advice and recommendations on how you can develop in your work.
