As a customer service representative with us, you work together with your colleagues and help our customers. You are motivated by ensuring the customer has a positive experience communicating with you. You will act as a problem solver for our customers by handling cases via email and chat, as well as incoming and outgoing calls. As a customer service representative with us, you are offered a varied and challenging job with opportunities to influence daily operations.

• Speak Latvian, Swedish, and English fluently in both speech and writing (required).
• Can treat different people in a calm and professional manner.
• Enjoy talking on the phone and communicate clearly via email and chat.

Start date: By agreement

Employment type: Temporary/As-needed position

Hours: Part-time, approx. 50%

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement
