About the Role

Our client is a leading player in the concrete industry, manufacturing modern and sustainable prefabricated concrete elements. Thanks to strong order volumes, they are now growing and seeking more dedicated team members.

As a concrete worker, you will become a vital part of the production process, working alongside your colleagues to create products used in construction projects across the country.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks including:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and pouring according to drawings
• Meticulous quality control to ensure the highest standards
• Collaboration within the production team to maintain schedules and solve challenges along the way

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a craftsman or in other practical work
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys taking initiative
• Has good physical fitness and appreciates practical, physical work
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience in concrete work
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Forklift or crane operator certification
