Junior Customer Service Representative with Service Experience Wanted for Well-Known Restaurant Client

Your New Role

We are looking for you who want to try something new, like solving problems, helping others, and have experience working in service. You will benefit greatly from having worked in a cash register (or similar) as you will easily be able to understand your users' needs.

You will step into a junior role as a customer service representative within IT and Tech Support (no prior IT knowledge required). We call the role Support Technician, but we are rather looking for a person with service experience and a willingness to learn than someone who already knows IT. You will work together with a team of 10 people where we help and support each other through thick and thin.

You will learn troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT support. Cases can range from helping with computers, mobile phones, tablets, and screens. Some examples of tasks are guiding users in various programs, resetting passwords, adding them to groups (e.g., email groups), finding lost files, performing various types of troubleshooting within networks, Windows, and Office, and much more.

After you have worked for a while and are "warmed up", you will also be rotated to Onsite work located in Stockholm City. Onsite means you are there once in a while. There, you help users on-site with various IT problems such as hardware, peripheral equipment, and conference rooms.

About You

We would like you to have worked in a service profession for a few months/years and thus have the habit of meeting customers and solving problems. We would like you to have worked in restaurants, retail, hairdressing, beauty care, reception, or similar. Cash register experience is something we find interesting.

You are social, nice, and like talking to people. You want to learn new things and like solving problems. You have no problem dealing with people via phone, email, and chat.

To fit the position, you do not need any previous IT experience, but an interest in learning.

Personality

As a person, you can work varied hours, you are passionate about service and helping people. You have no problem talking on the phone. You should like problem-solving and be a team player while also being able to work independently. Wanting to learn more about IT and liking problem-solving is also an important part when working as a support technician.

Location

The client is currently located in Solna/Sundbyberg, but they are looking for new premises, so this may change in the future.

Start Date

Mid-August

Working Hours

Shifts can be Monday-Sunday, 04:55-22:00. You work 8 hours per shift. On-call duties may be added after you have worked at the company for a longer period. Full-time average 40 hours/week, can be slightly more hours one week, slightly fewer another week. NOTE: Times may change.

Shifts starting at 5 or ending at 22 can be worked from home.

Shifts starting at 06:00 are worked from the office in Solna Business Park, so it is important that you can imagine coming into the office for early shifts.
