About the role

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead and drive a project related to the construction and further development of a technical test and integration environment. The role requires a clear technical depth and involves close collaboration with both internal specialists and external parties to ensure progress in a complex project.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the modernization and construction of an advanced technical test and integration environment. The work involves managing complex dependencies between different technical areas, ensuring technical progress, and coordinating resources.

• Lead and drive projects related to the construction and further development of a technical test and integration environment.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external parties.
• Create structure and manage several parallel work streams (integration, testing, environment adaptation).
• Ensure interfaces between hardware, software, and system levels.
• Challenge specialists with your own technical understanding.

We are looking for you who

• Have an engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Are an experienced technical project manager with the ability to drive and lead projects.
• Have experience leading work in integration and/or test environments.
• Have good system understanding and experience from projects involving both hardware and software.
• Hold Swedish citizenship, as this is required to undergo a security clearance.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience from telecommunications or defense operations.
• Experience from roles where you have led integration, verification, or construction of technical environments/labs.
