John Henric is a rapidly growing retail and e-commerce company within men's fashion with a clear international expansion agenda. We are in a strong growth phase, establishing ourselves in new markets.

We are now looking for an IT and Systems Manager for a 1-year fixed-term position.

This is a role with overall responsibility for our system environment. You ensure that our solutions function stably, meet the business's needs, and develop in tandem with the company.

About the role

You are responsible for our IT and system environment end-to-end.

This means responsibility for operations, maintenance, development, projects, and costs – as well as the relationship with our suppliers. The environment consists of multiple systems within e-commerce, ERP, retail stores, warehouse, payments, and BI.

You work closely with the entire business and ensure that the systems not only function technically but also support how we drive the business in practice.

The role involves many contact points and parallel initiatives, which places demands on prioritization, clarity, and the ability to maintain direction even when needs compete.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the company's IT and system environment, including operations, maintenance, development, support, and information security
• Own and further develop the system landscape and ensure functioning integrations and data flows
• Drive and lead IT and system projects – from needs and prioritization to implementation
• Responsible for the IT budget, cost tracking, as well as negotiation and management of external suppliers
• Act as a clear requirement setter and collaboration partner to the business, while leading and coordinating internal IT resources and external consultants

You are used to taking overall responsibility for system environments and understand what that entails in practice.

You can easily switch between technology, business, and supplier dialogue. You are confident in prioritizing when not everything can be done simultaneously and have no problem standing by your decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience from a similar role with overall responsibility for system environments
• Experience with ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and a good understanding of integrations and system architecture
• Experience in supplier management, contracts, and budget responsibility
• Experience in leading or coordinating resources is an advantage
• Good understanding of retail/e-commerce and its flows
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
