We are now looking to expand our team with more senior technicians, where we help our customers ensure the operation, optimization, and development of their IT environments. We are looking for an engaged network technician who wants to take the next step in their career by working with our customers. You will work with operating, maintaining, and developing the customer's network infrastructure, with a focus on stability, security, and performance.

• Operation, monitoring, and optimization of network environments (LAN/WAN/WiFi)
• Troubleshooting network-related issues
• Implementation and administration of firewalls and VPN solutions
• Documentation of network configurations and changes
• Support to users and collaboration with internal IT teams and external suppliers

Your background
We are looking for you who have a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in network technology. You are curious about new technology, thrive in a consultant role, and are good at building trust in customer relationships.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Post-secondary education in IT/networking or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
• Experience with firewalls, e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar
• Understanding of IT security and network monitoring
• We prefer that you have worked as a network technician for at least 5 years

Advantageous:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or similar
• Experience with cloud-based network solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Meraki)
