About Us
Haga Mölndal Lastbilcentral (HML) is an economic association with roots dating back to the 1940s. With over 80 years of experience in transport and logistics, we are an established player in the region.
Today, HML consists of 67 haulage and transport companies that together offer high-quality and cost-effective solutions in transport, logistics, machine services, and material supply. We deliver everything from construction, distribution, special, and waste transports to the sale and handling of excavated soil, gravel, and various machine services for the construction and civil engineering industry. In total, over 200 vehicles are on the roads daily.
We are now facing the next step in our development – where we are building an even more cohesive organization focused on quality, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. Our headquarters are located in Mölndal, where we will shortly be moving into new premises adapted for our future journey.

About the Role
In the role of Salesperson/Sales Developer within the excavation and construction department with team responsibility, you act as a salesperson responsible for new business and the development of existing business. Our primary customer segment is construction contractors with both large and small projects. At the same time, you support and distribute work internally at the construction site, i.e., a team consisting of two Transport Managers – always with the customer's best interest in focus. You create sales/marketing plans, monthly market reports, and participate in the annual budgeting process in consultation with the CEO and Financial Controller.
As a Salesperson/Sales Developer, you collaborate with our other employees to sell HML's entire business offering and broaden our partnerships with our customers, with a focus on "team before self". You are also active in sales yourself, both in new customer processing and the development of existing business. You analyze the market, identify opportunities, and actively process customers. At the same time, you follow up on completed projects and relay this information internally. You represent and present the company, making HML top-of-mind and an obvious actor to contact/evaluate when needs arise. This is a permanent full-time position, and the person reports directly to the CEO. With offices in Mölndal and on Hisingen.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market, find profitable collaborations/businesses in good time
- Actively process the market, represent the company, and become a visible actor
- Create quotations and agreements with new and existing customers.
- Participate in the creation of marketing/sales plans.
- Report new and upsell revenue to the CEO monthly.
- Actively collaborate with other salespeople/transport managers and take each other out on customer visits.
- Continuously inform transport management about new/existing assignments.
- Continuously evaluate projects and commitments.
- Maintain and participate in haulier meetings and collaborate with hauliers, which take place a couple of times a year.
- Be an active person and participate in and lead development and improvement work within HML.
We are looking for
We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary education in logistics or economics, or equivalent work experience. The candidate we are looking for has previous experience of qualified sales from the industry, where experience with writing larger contracts and handling larger customer accounts has been combined with new customer processing and analysis as well as evaluation of market/business/project.
You have previously worked in a commercial position, in or at the interface of the industry, with good knowledge regarding construction projects, construction, haulage, as well as transport and logistics. You have also previously worked in operations under development and are motivated by being part of improvement work. The right person is engaged, business-minded, analytical, and has an easy time creating relationships and creates a good collaborative culture around you. As a person, you are also communicative, proactive, unpretentious, and have a good ability to get people on board.
