We are now looking for a Supply Chain Specialist for an assignment where you will work closely with the business and contribute to efficient processes from purchasing to delivery.

🔍 About the role

In this role, you will work broadly within supply chain, focusing on operational and coordinating tasks. You will become a key person in the daily work and be responsible for, among other things:

✅ Order management and operational purchasing
✅ Delivery monitoring and handling of deviations/delays
✅ Transport and customs coordination
✅ Administration in business systems
✅ Handling of item and packaging data
✅ Collaboration with IT regarding systems and data quality
✅ Working in Monitor ERP and EDI flows

You will work in close collaboration with both strategic purchasing and technical functions in an environment where initiative and teamwork are highly valued. 🤝

👤 We are looking for you who

You are an independent and unpretentious person who likes to get things done. You work structured even at a high pace and communicate easily with various stakeholders.

We believe you have:

✔ A few years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain
✔ Practical experience working in business systems
✔ Very good skills in Excel and digital tools
✔ Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
✔ A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative

It is extra positive if you have experience with:
