You will step into a central role in a technically advanced and safety-critical environment where structure, holistic view, and quality are crucial. Here, you will drive systems engineering work for a system or subsystem throughout its entire lifecycle, from requirements and analysis to the final solution and ongoing maintenance.

You will work closely with project management, specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure that development progresses in a thoughtful and efficient manner. The role combines technical depth with coordination, risk management, and clear responsibility for ensuring the solution meets both functional and technical requirements. • You develop technical solutions based on stakeholder requirements for systems or subsystems.
• You drive and coordinate systems engineering work throughout the entire lifecycle.
• You work continuously with project management and contribute to planning development efforts in a structured manner.
• You support project managers and Systems Engineering Leaders in the planning and execution of development work.
• You plan and execute systems engineering activities and coordinate contributions from several technical areas.
• You use established technical processes to coordinate work between specialists, stakeholders, operators, and production.
• You involve subject matter experts for analyses within relevant specialist areas when needed.
• You report deviations related to function and product requirements to the Design Authority.
• You produce and approve technical information for your system.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
• Good experience of systems engineering work in complex technical environments.
• Experience working according to established systems engineering processes.
• Good understanding of system and/or subsystem development.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration between different technical disciplines.
• Knowledge in relevant technical areas such as mathematics, statistics, and physics, depending on the nature of the system.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
