Technical Standardization Engineer

Valora Bemanning is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Technical Standardization Engineer for a long-term assignment within the automotive industry in Gothenburg.

In this role, you will work with technical standardization, terminology management, and language-related processes in an international environment. You will be involved in the development and maintenance of technical standards and contribute expertise in terminology and language management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct terminology research by collecting and analyzing data
• Manage and update terminology databases
• Work with translations and terminology management according to established processes
• Communicate and train within the field of Terminology & Language
• Participate in standardization work and improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external networks within technology and standardization

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in technical standardization or terminology work
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Excellent command of English
• Good understanding of Swedish
• Experience with database management or terminology tools is an advantage
• Experience with Acrolinx or similar tools is a plus
