As a new employee, you will receive an individually tailored introduction, as we value ensuring you feel well taken care of.
Job Responsibilities
The nurse has a varied role within primary care. Here, you will work with counseling, independent medical assessments, and clinic visits. At the same time, you will work closely with doctors and other professions to offer accessible and holistic care.
The workplace is divided into three teams, represented by all our professional categories. The purpose of the teams is to ensure our patients arrive well-prepared to the right resource at the right time, based on a joint medical assessment.
You will be a valuable team member in one of our teams when you start. In the team, you have both a consultative and collaborative role, with the opportunity to seek help from other professional competencies in specific patient cases. We value having a shared perspective on our common patients.
We work together to develop our working methods with the aim of maintaining a good work environment. We want it to be sustainable to work with us while ensuring you have the opportunity to develop professionally.
Here, you will work in a pleasant environment with good colleagues.

You are positive about tasks that are varied and changing. You have good collaboration and initiative skills, enjoy being part of a team, and interacting with your own and other professional categories. You are someone who finds the future of primary care interesting and exciting.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability as we are keen to find a colleague who fits into our team.
