Nordic Energy Partner AB (NEPAB) is looking for several structured and responsible foremen / project managers for our installations within energy solutions.

Our projects include complete installations where solar cells, energy storage, and heat pumps are installed as a comprehensive solution for the customer.

This is an important role with us where you work from the office in Örebro and are responsible for ensuring that the projects run smoothly all the way – from planning to finished installation at the customer's site.

About the role:

You work closely with heat pump installers, solar cell installers, electricians, and technical designers to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently, maintain the right quality, and proceed according to plan.

The technical designers are responsible for site visits, design, and preparation of installation documentation. This role then takes over and is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the projects efficiently.

The installations are carried out on behalf of an external actor, and the role involves close collaboration with their project team regarding planning, coordination, and execution of the projects.

The role is not about being on-site and leading installations, but rather about planning, coordinating, and supporting the projects from the office in Örebro.

The work includes:

• Planning and coordinating installation projects
• Ensuring that materials, documentation, and schedules are ready before installation
• Supporting electricians, solar cell installers, and heat pump installers in their daily work
• Maintaining contact with installers, technical designers, internal resources, and the project team throughout the project
• Following up on projects, quality, and progress
• Ensuring the entire project runs efficiently from planning to finished installation
• Working in digital systems and keeping order with project documentation

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience in installation operations within areas such as heat pumps, electricity, or solar energy
• Have a good understanding of how installations work in practice
• Are structured and used to managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Can take responsibility and make decisions in daily work
• Are solution-oriented and communicative
• Enjoy working closely with installers and project organizations
• Are accustomed to working with digital systems

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a foreman or project manager
• Experience with heat pumps
• Electrical knowledge
• Experience with solar cells or energy storage
• Experience with planning, costing, or project management
