We at Vår Omtanke are currently looking for several personal assistants to work with our client in Gnesta! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work alongside us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the role We are now seeking a personal assistant for our client, a man living in Gnesta who has suffered a stroke. As an assistant, your duties will range from mobility assistance and dressing to household chores and accompanying the client to activities. The client has a dog, so you must not be afraid of dogs or allergic to them.

You will be assisting a man who loves listening to music, primarily hard rock, attending concerts (preferably at Gröna Lund), and watching hockey and football. Sharing these interests is a plus.

A driver's license is highly meritorious but not a requirement. Experience driving in Stockholm traffic is preferred.

Who are you? You are an honest and reliable person who genuinely enjoys working with people. You have the ability to create a harmonious atmosphere around you. You possess great empathy, patience, and the ability to put yourself in another person's shoes. We are looking for someone with experience as a personal assistant or equivalent experience. As a person, you have strong social skills, consider the client's overall needs, are meticulous, responsible, and provide excellent customer service.

Working hours and part-time/full-time: Hourly employment, as needed. Shifts include night work, including on-call sleeping shifts. If you are the right fit, there is a chance for permanent employment. Shifts are scheduled approximately 08:00–19:00, 19:00–08:00, and 24-hour shifts.

Salary: Fixed hourly rate by agreement, other allowances according to collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement.
