Salesperson (Sundsvall) – Workplace Safety Training

AB Kompetensutveckla is looking for two driven salespeople who want to work on selling workplace safety, security, and leadership training to companies across Sweden.

This is a role for you who are driven by business, responsibility, and creating results.

About the role

You will work actively with sales towards companies and organizations. The focus is on booking meetings, presenting our training courses, and driving deals all the way to closure.

You will among other things:

• Contact new customers (by phone and digitally)
• Book and conduct digital customer meetings
• Sell our workplace safety training courses
• Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships
• Contribute to developing our sales efforts

We are looking for someone who:

• Is driven, goal-oriented, and thrives working towards clear results
• Has a strong desire to succeed in sales
• Is confident in reaching out to new people
• Is structured and takes responsibility for your business

Meritorious:

• Experience in sales (preferably B2B)
• Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting
• Interest in workplace safety issues or education
