Do you want to drive the green energy transition while building a successful career in sales?
On behalf of a partner, we are now looking for several business-driven salespeople with sales experience to join our growing remote team.
You will work from home via telephone, calling private individuals across Sweden with the aim of selling battery solutions to homeowners.
The home battery being sold allows homeowners to store their own energy and save money on their electricity consumption. The battery also offers the opportunity to sell stored energy back to the grid, meaning homeowners can even make money from the energy solution.
As a salesperson, you are responsible for the entire customer journey – from first contact to closed deal. All customer contact is conducted via phone and email, and you primarily work with outgoing "cold" calls.
Your main responsibilities
- Prospecting via outgoing calls
- Marketing the battery solution
- Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Create calculations and propose solutions based on both technical and economic prerequisites
- Work towards set goals and continuously monitor and develop your own performance
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships
You will work in a web-based dialing program. Therefore, this role requires you to have your own computer with an internet connection and a headset! With this setup, you will not be charged for any phone calls you make.
We are looking for someone who is disciplined, self-motivated, and highly engaged. It is important that you are passionate about selling and dare to challenge yourself and your limits to achieve the best results. You also have a positive attitude and are skilled at handling setbacks with a smile. It is also important that you maintain a high pace in your work.
Qualifications

– You should have high social competence, be articulate, and have the ability to capture the customer's interest through your personality.

– You speak Swedish fluently (unrestricted in speech and writing).
Merits
- Technical background or previous experience with solar cells, battery solutions, or energy systems
- Previous experience in telephone sales

Working hours and scope
Full-time, Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 or part-time at least 20 hours per week.
Opportunities for extended hours are also available in the evenings and on weekends.
Salary type: NOTE! Only high variable commission based on results (payment is made per completed sale).
