We are looking for a Social Worker/Social Secretary for a consultancy assignment within child and youth services. The assignment involves qualified authority work with a focus on investigation, case processing, and follow-up of interventions.

The work includes investigations according to BBIC, from intake to follow-up, as well as handling urgent cases. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that children and families receive the right support at an early stage. The organization works according to BBIC and is currently implementing Signs of Safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work or a Bachelor's degree of at least 180 credits including social law
• At least four years of experience in authority work within social services
• At least four years of experience in investigation work for children and young people according to BBIC
• Good knowledge of the Social Services Act
• Experience with LVU (Compulsory Care) processes and negotiations
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to supervise and guide colleagues
• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

About the assignment

• Full-time position
• Assignment period: July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026
• Possibility of extension up to three months
