We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Digital Marketing Specialist for our client, a fast-paced communications agency in the Gothenburg region. Our client works with everything from branding and campaigns to film, strategy, digital advertising, and content – and they now need to strengthen their team with the right person.

About the role

The role is broad and suits you who enjoy variety, responsibility, and juggling multiple tasks. You will be the link between creative output and media impact – the person ensuring that good ideas actually reach the right people. You will work with strategy, setup, optimization, and follow-up of digital marketing for several clients and industries.

You do not need ten years of experience – but you do need to be sharp, quick to learn, and confident in using the tools.

Responsibilities

• Paid Social on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta
• Setup, optimization, and follow-up of campaigns in Google Ads
• Building dashboards and reporting in Looker Studio
• SEO and search visibility
• Developing media plans and campaign estimates – quickly, securely, and commercially
• Keeping yourself and the team updated on developments in digital tools
• Independent client contact regarding results, budget, and recommendations

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing
• Is self-motivated, structured, and confident in digital tools
• Enjoys analysis, numbers, optimization, and structure
• Is quick, curious, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in working both operationally and close to the client

Important to know

This is a role for you who are passionate about performance, systems, and effectiveness – not primarily for copy or design. Technical and administrative skill is highly valued.

Location: Gothenburg or Trollhättan.
