Retail Sales Assistant for Construction Store in Västerås

We are currently looking for a retail sales assistant for one of our clients in the construction and renovation industry in Västerås. This role is perfect for you who enjoy practical work, service, and customer interaction.
As a retail sales assistant, you will work in a store focusing on building materials, tools, and renovation products.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Customer service and advisory sales
- Register work
- Picking and restocking products
- Product display and keeping the store tidy
Working hours may vary and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. Previous experience from a retail store or hardware store is advantageous but not a requirement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in construction and people
- Is service-oriented, responsible, and engaged
- Thrives in a sales role and enjoys customer contact
- Is flexible and can work at a high pace when needed
