The Property Department is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of the municipality's properties, including schools, preschools, sports facilities, and operational premises. Here, we work closely together in an engaged team with broad competence and a focus on sustainable and smart solutions for the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Maintenance Technician/HVAC Technician, you work with the operation, supervision, and development of technical installations in the municipality's properties. You play a key role in ensuring a safe, energy-efficient, and functional indoor environment for our operations.

The work is varied and includes both technical monitoring and practical interventions in the operations. You work with troubleshooting, operational optimization, and monitoring in higher-level control systems while performing simpler HVAC tasks and handling urgent operational disruptions as needed.

The role also includes rounds in technical rooms, analysis and monitoring of operational data, as well as contact with operations and contractors in connection with planned and urgent work. You will become part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and responsibility-taking are a natural part of everyday life.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Upper secondary education in HVAC, property technology, maintenance technology, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
  • Experience working in maintenance, property technology, or HVAC.
  • Practical experience with troubleshooting and technical work within HVAC installations.
  • Experience working in higher-level control systems, such as Webport or similar systems.
  • A valid Category B driver's license is required.
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365, such as Outlook, Teams, and Word.

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Education as a sprinkler plant operator.
  • Experience working with solar cells, backup power, or sprinkler systems.
  • Experience with energy optimization and building automation.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.
