We are now looking for a business-driven and relationship-building Regional Sales Manager for an established technology company with a strong position in electricity, security, energy, and technical holistic solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a strategic role where you are responsible for developing the business within your region and creating long-term customer relationships with a focus on sustainable and profitable business.
This is a role for you who wants to take full ownership of your sales and work independently with great autonomy. You will become an important part of creating business momentum and developing collaborations with customers in industry, real estate, and the public sector. The role suits you who are driven by results, business acumen, and building strong relationships over time.
You work closely with decision-makers such as CEOs, purchasing managers, and financial managers and are expected to be a natural relationship builder who understands the value of long-term collaborations. Here, self-leadership, initiative, and the desire to constantly develop and improve in your professional role are valued.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business within your geographical area. You drive the business process from first contact to completed deal and actively work on building relationships at the decision-maker level.
The role involves strategic and independent work where you plan and develop sales with a focus on long-term growth and high customer satisfaction. You are also responsible for creating business opportunities between different technology areas and act as an important link between customers and local operations within the organization.
The work involves ongoing travel within the region and great freedom under responsibility. To succeed in the role, you need to thrive in social settings where relationships are built over time – both in meeting rooms and in more informal environments.
QualificationsDocumented experience in qualified B2B sales
Experience in driving larger and more complex deals
Good ability to create and develop business relationships at the decision-maker level
Ability to work independently with great personal responsibility
Strong business understanding and result-oriented work approach
Good communicative and relationship-building skills
Category B driver's license
Experience in working long-term and relationship-building within sales
Strong drive and clear self-leadership
Technical background in areas such as energy, electricity, or technical solutions
Direct employment with the client
Geographical work area: Södermanland and Östergötland
Responsibility for customers and business in Nyköping, Norrköping, Motala, and Linköping, among others
Full-time
