Do you have experience as an HVAC Engineer and want to take responsibility for entire assignments? We are looking for you who are self-motivated, organized, and thrive working in a dynamic team! At Newsec, you will have the opportunity to work on varied HVAC projects, where you are responsible for both technical design and customer relations.

You will be part of a team within engineering called Project & Engineering. You will become part of a team with friendly and versatile colleagues, thus always having support in your daily work. Besides the team itself, you will work closely with property managers, project control, as well as energy & environment, which gives you breadth and many opportunities.

Examples of tasks:

• Work on engineering assignments for properties of varying characteristics.
• Inventory, investigate, and design HVAC solutions.
• Be the project manager for individual projects.
• Lead, plan, and economically manage projects.
• Actively work to secure new assignments from existing and new customers.
• Prepare quotations for inquiries and own proposals as needed.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who are social, curious, and driven. You have strong technical competence and are accustomed to working with various HVAC projects. You have good leadership and collaboration skills and thrive in an environment where you can use your drive and engagement. You are solution-oriented, structured, and have the ability to see new opportunities for development. Furthermore, you are communicative and have a genuine interest in creating long-term customer relationships and taking responsibility for the entire project, from start to finish.

Requirements:

• Relevant technical education from university or other post-secondary education in installation technology and energy, for example as an HVAC Engineer or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering and design.
• Experience working with AutoCAD and MagiCAD.
• Ability to work independently and structured.
• Experience in project engineering.
• Knowledge of real estate/property management.

Merits:

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Training in Safe Water (Säker Vatten).
• Training in AB04, ABT06, and ABK09.
• Experience with OVK (Ventilation System Audit).
• Experience working in Revit.
