Description

ProfilHotels Halmstad Plaza is Halmstad's newest hotel with 14 floors and 242 rooms, ranging from standard twin rooms to suites. The hotel is located in central Halmstad, close to the central station, shopping, and entertainment. ProfilHotels Halmstad Plaza is part of Ligula Hospitality Group AB.

We are looking for you who are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and flexible. You enjoy working at a fast pace as we have many guests in circulation around the clock, every day of the year. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have a sparkle in your eye.

Responsibilities

As a Night Receptionist, you work with traditional reception duties, such as check-in and check-out, booking, reporting, and information. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests are treated personally and receive the best possible service. This also includes serving drinks in the bar, preparing the breakfast buffet, some cleaning, and arranging furniture in the premises. In the role of Night Receptionist, you work alone in the hotel and are responsible for your own and our guests' safety.

Working hours are 22:30 - 07:00 on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have documented experience within the industry. We assume that you speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
