About the assignment

Vitas Group Stainless has a clear need to ensure that master data is correct, up-to-date, and uniformly structured. This is crucial for reliable planning, costing, and production.

In this role, you will have significant responsibility to analyze the current situation, identify areas for improvement, and implement concrete actions.

Your assignment

• Conduct a review of existing master data

• Analyze articles, bills of materials, operations, and lead times

• Identify deficiencies, deviations, and areas for improvement

• Update and ensure quality of data in the business system

• Ensure structure, standards, and working methods

• Document changes and provide recommendations

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from the manufacturing industry

• Has worked with master data, preparation, or production technology

• Is familiar with business systems (e.g., Monitor, SAP, IFS, or similar)

• Has a good understanding of MRP/MPS and production flows

• Is analytical, structured, and self-driven

• Thrives in a role where you drive change and create order
