We are growing and are immediately looking for a full-time (100%) coordinator who is skilled in administration and possesses strong data literacy.

It is important that you have experience with scheduling within the care and social services sector, preferably in supported living (boendestöd) or home care services.

Experience from the care and social services sector is required; experience from home care or supported living is desirable.

We look for candidates with the following skills and qualities:

• Experience working as an administrator, coordinator, or similar role within supported living, home care, or social psychiatry.
• Experience with scheduling.
• Experience leading and supporting a team of staff.
• You are highly proficient in administration and quick to learn new systems and tasks.
• You have some form of healthcare education or knowledge of diagnoses/psychiatry.
• Fluent and advanced Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Very good computer skills.
• A driver's license and access to a car are mandatory.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is social, cheerful, independent, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. You communicate well in both speech and writing, are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented.

You are also decisive, carry yourself with authority, and can handle difficult conversations with case managers, clients, and staff.

You need strong social skills to build and maintain professional and excellent relationships with clients, relatives, case managers, employees, and other contacts. The role may also require you to step in as a supported living worker when needed.

The position is full-time (100%) based at our office near Globen.
